I have been design to want to understand “everything” that goes on in my life. Oh how He is teaching me I have no idea I am not to understand His plans for me, but rather obey and embrace the moments passing me by and wait like a watchmen and see what He brings. The lighter yoke I carry of His. All the worries and battling with the mind of what decision should be done lead to destruction. I am finally grasping the Peace He wants me to have. Fear can’t paralyze me as I follow His guidance. Fervently praying is difficult most of the times, but I have learn simple and short prayers is all He wants to hear. The words don’t have to be perfect. The conversation doesn’t have to be long. Some days the Holy Spirit will lead me into long praying session, other days it is short, some days its silent. But the best part of it all the Holy Spirit does as He says: Romans 8:26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. (NIV)

The reward of answered prayers is an astounding feeling. But giving up is not an option when the prayer seems impossible. His timing is what I have come to accept over and over again. God is probably looking down upon me from His throne and saying, “My child when are you going to allow me to do my job and for you to join in my journey without wanting control?”

I pray:

Let His will be done in my life and all lives. In Jesus name.

Often enough we are so caught up in our busy-ness and our check list. Did you ever think of scheduling ME time? it is a must… Schedule it and stick to it.Thought I would remind my tumblr family because I am quite awful with it. =/
