In literal terms of what Jesus mentions in the bible verse Matthew 6:14 If you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. Wow!!! Its quite a hard pill to swallow. The second when I thought I had forgiven it comes creeping back. How weak am I that I am unable to forgive within my heart. Yes, the heart is wicked and I DO need His strength and heart to forgive so i may live my life in full joy and peace. The burden of unforgiven motive weighs a lot more on my heart and soul than a forgiven motive. I have learned to let Him change my heart to want to forgive when men sin against me. I wake up everyday fighting against my flesh and the decisions it wants to steer towards. Just remember we all wake up to this. So may I ask You heavenly Father to help each and everyone of us, whom you allowed to live another day, to wake up and choose You ad our leader and for our hearts to want to follow your every command, ESP when it comes to forgiving people who sin against us. Let us have Your strength from the Holy Spirit to choose the avenue of peace and joy through all circumstances we are in and will be in. AMEN.
